Terms of service

Who you are dealing with
Glair is operated by Aqil Rzayev, a sole trader based in Baku, Azerbaijan, reachable at hello@glair.app. Payments are taken by Paddle.com Market Limited, who sell Glair as the merchant of record: your contract for the purchase itself is with Paddle, and their terms cover the payment. Everything else — the service, the work it produces, the account — is covered here.
What the service is
Glair is a workspace for the early part of an identity project. You describe a product; it reads what that product is, names the worlds the brand could belong to, and turns the one you choose into a brand system: a line, a set of slides, image prompts and the artefacts around them. The images themselves are not generated here — the prompts are written for you to run in the image tool of your choice.
It is a tool that uses language models, and language models are not deterministic. Two runs of the same project will not produce the same words. Nothing it writes is checked for accuracy, novelty, or whether a name or a phrase is already in use by somebody else. That checking is yours to do before you use any of it publicly.
Your account
You need an account to use Glair, and you are responsible for what happens under it. One account is one person or one company; do not share credentials. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms, and will say why when we do.
What you pay
Plans and rates are on the pricing page. A plan is billed monthly and carries an allowance of credits, a credit being a unit of what running the work costs; what a run takes is what it cost rather than a fixed figure, so two projects are not necessarily the same size. The allowance runs with the billing period and resets with it, and credits do not carry over. An introductory discount, where one is offered, applies to a stated number of billing periods on your subscription and then ends, whichever plan you are on by that point. Prices may change; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and you will be told before the one that follows it.
A payment is refundable in proportion to the credits it covers that you have not spent, for fourteen days after it is taken, and a refund ends the subscription at the same time. The refunds policy sets out how that is calculated and forms part of these terms.
Cancellation is available at any time from inside the app and takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
What belongs to whom
The work is yours. The readings, directions, brand lines, copy, prompts and artefacts produced for your projects belong to you, and you may use them commercially without restriction or attribution. We claim no ownership of them and no licence to them beyond what is needed to run and store them for you.
Glair itself — the software, the prompts behind it, the interface, the name and the mark — remains ours. You may not copy it, resell access to it, or use it to build a competing product.
Because models are not deterministic and many people use the same tool, similar output may be produced for somebody else. We cannot and do not promise that anything produced is unique, and we make no claim about whether it can be registered as a trade mark.
What you may not do
- Use Glair to produce material that is unlawful, or that infringes somebody else’s rights.
- Attempt to extract the prompts or system instructions behind it.
- Resell, sublicense, or share access to the service.
- Overwhelm it deliberately, or work around the limits of your plan.
Availability
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults, and it depends on services we do not control — the model provider, the database, the host. Where a run fails and something is lost, tell us and we will make it right, which in practice means running it again or returning what it cost.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything arising out of Glair is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, lost work, a decision taken on the strength of something the tool wrote. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending it
You may cancel at any time from inside the app; see the refunds policy for what happens next. You may ask for the account and its projects to be deleted by writing to us, and we will do it. We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, and will refund any period paid for and unused.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did, and a material change will be told to you by email before it applies to you.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protections of the law where you live.
