Glair is run by Aqil Rzayev, Baku, Azerbaijan. Questions about anything on this page, including a request to see or delete what is held about you, go to hello@glair.app and are answered by a person.
What is stored
- Your account. Your email address, the name you go by, which plan you are on, and — if you signed in with Google rather than with a password — the profile picture Google gives us. A password is never stored by us in any readable form; it is held by our sign-in provider.
- Your projects. Everything you type into one and everything produced for it: the brief, the site address if you give one, images you add to a moodboard, and the readings, directions and decks that come back.
- Payment records. A customer id and a subscription id from Paddle, the plan, and the billing period. Card details never reach us — the payment window belongs to Paddle and nothing about a card passes through Glair.
- Server logs. Ordinary request records kept by our host, which include IP addresses, and lines recording how long a run took and what it cost.
There is no advertising, no tracking across other sites, and no analytics that follows you. Nothing is sold to anybody, ever.
Why
To run the thing you asked for and to charge for it: making a project, showing it to you again tomorrow, taking payment, and answering you when you write. Logs exist to find faults and to see what a run cost. There is no other purpose.
Who else sees it
These are the only companies involved, and each does one job:
- Anthropic — runs the models. The text of a project is sent to them to be worked on, along with any moodboard images. They process it on our behalf and, under their commercial terms, do not train models on it.
- Supabase — stores the database, in Singapore.
- Vercel — hosts and runs the application.
- Paddle — takes payment as the merchant of record and holds the billing details.
- Google — only if you sign in with it, and only to confirm who you are.
Nobody else. We hand data to no one else, for any reason, unless the law obliges us and we are permitted to tell you.
Sharing a project yourself
A share link makes one project readable by anybody who has the link, which is what it is for. It is a long unguessable address and you can switch it off at any time, after which it stops working. If somebody with an account opens your link, that project appears on their list as one they were shown — they can read it and nothing more.
Where it is
The database and the servers are in Singapore. The companies above operate internationally, so your data is processed outside your own country. By using Glair you agree to that.
How long
Projects are kept while your account exists, because the point of them is to still be there later. Ask for the account to be deleted and everything in it goes with it, within thirty days. Payment records are kept longer where accounting law requires it. Logs are kept for a short period by the host and then rotate away.
What you can ask for
A copy of what is held about you, a correction, or deletion. Write from the address on the account and it is done — there is no form and no fee. If you are in a place with statutory data rights, they apply here in full.
Cookies and what the browser keeps
One cookie, holding the token that keeps you signed in. Your browser also keeps the session itself, and your name for the loading screen, in its own local storage. All three are cleared when you sign out. There is nothing else, and none of it is for measurement or advertising.
Children
Glair is for professional use and is not intended for anybody under 16.
